January 29, 2024

As we step eagerly into 2024, we take a moment to reflect on the dynamic journey that was 2023 – a year marked by significant events, exciting releases and key milestones. At Cognivia, we steadfastly believe in the power of shared experiences and expertise to drive knowledge forward. Our commitment to advancing clinical trials and imparting our experience in scientific research has never been stronger, and we are excited to highlight some key moments that shaped our year. In 2023, Cognivia contributed to global knowledge in the clinical trial landscape through a multichannel approach, sharing insights with the community.

Sharing Scientific Innovation

Our commitment to sharing innovation worldwide was evident through the production of scientific abstracts, the hosting of engaging webinars, and the convening of insightful conferences. As part of our exciting contributions, Cognivia’s CEO,Dominique Demolle had the honor of presenting Cognivia’s pioneering approaches at prestigious conferences throughout the year. Invitations to the ISCTM Autumn Conference and ASCP Annual Meeting, as well as participation in the DPharm Annual Conference, marked proud moments on stage presenting the fruit of the work of an entire team providing a platform for Dominique Demolle to share insights into Cognivia’s groundbreaking clinical solutions.

Adding to this accomplishments, Cognivia presented two noteworthy posters at key conferences:

· Using aggregated site features computed with the MPsQ to allow better monitoring of sites in clinical trials at CNS Summit Conference 2023

· Accounting for the high reduction of power due to floor effect in the design of randomized controlled trials at OARSI Conference 2023

Legitimization and Recognition

The release of the FDA’s final guidance on adjusting for covariates in RCTs for drugs and biological products in May 2023 was a pivotal moment, endorsing our commitment to improving the precision of statistical analysis in clinical trials. This marked asignificant achievement for Cognivia’s advanced technology, Placebell, as it highlights its relevance producing composite covariates. To delve deeper into the application of composite covariates, we hosted a webinar providing insights into a comprehensive review of the final guidance and the exploration of the advantages of covariates adjustment with a prognostic composite covariate. Further contributing to the discourse, our publication in ACRP delved into the nuances of adjusting for covariates.

Introducing Compl-AI

As part of our commitment to innovation, we proudly released Cognivia’s latest technology – Compl-AI. During an exclusive webinar, participants discovered how this cutting-edge prediction tool enhances the patient journey and optimizes patient engagement strategies during clinical study conduct. By considering individual patient psychology, perceptions, and beliefs, Compl-AI effectively addresses non-adherence and dropout risks, leading to improved patient outcomes.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the increasing number of Sponsor companies trusting us, engaging more and more in our webinars, reading our publications, and showing interest in our innovative work. As we step into 2024, we are enthusiastic about the opportunities that lie ahead and about playing an increasingly major role in enabling quicker access to innovative treatment. Stay tuned for an array of insightful webinars, groundbreaking publications, and continued advancements in our innovative solutions.

Thank you for your enduring support and dedication to excellence.
